Maintenance & Service
Reliability that pays off
LAMBDA not only offers high-quality solutions for the treatment of landfill gas, but also a comprehensive service package for the maintenance and servicing of the systems supplied. This offer is aimed at operators who value maximum operational safety, long-term efficiency and permit-compliant plant operation.
Our maintenance and
service offering in detail
As part of the service and maintenance contract, LAMBDA takes on all tasks required for the trouble-free and permit-compliant operation of the landfill degassing plant. This includes regular inspections, the implementation of preventive maintenance measures and the fast and reliable rectification of faults. The service assignments are carried out by experienced technicians who are very familiar with the specific requirements of RTO and flare technology.
A particular advantage lies in the close integration of system construction and service: as LAMBDA both develops and services the systems, maintenance work can be carried out in a particularly efficient and targeted manner. Original spare parts are available at all times and a central spare parts warehouse can be accessed if required. This minimizes downtimes and ensures high system availability.
In addition, LAMBDA offers a fault service and a control room, which react quickly in the event of technical problems and can also organize remote maintenance or on-site visits if required. The systems are equipped with modern control systems that enable continuous monitoring and early fault detection.
For operators, this means maximum safety with minimum effort. LAMBDA is fully responsible for technical operational readiness - including documentation, test protocols and compliance with legal requirements.
Whether as part of a rental model or as an independent service contract for purchased systems - maintenance and servicing by LAMBDA is an economically sensible investment in the future security of your landfill gas treatment system.
Why is the maintenance of a landfill gas treatment system important?
Regular maintenance prevents critical faults such as leaks or the formation of explosive gas mixtures, which can lead to dangerous situations. This minimizes the risk of explosions and uncontrolled gas emissions.
Dirty or defective components reduce system efficiency and therefore increase energy consumption. Maintenance keeps the system running at optimum efficiency.
TA Luft, the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health and BQS 10-1 require continuous functionality of the gas treatment system. Maintenance is therefore essential to ensure compliance and approval security.
Uncontrolled methane emissions have a high global warming potential. Regular maintenance ensures that the gas treatment works reliably and emissions are minimized.
Early maintenance prevents unplanned downtime and expensive repairs. This keeps operating costs calculable and maintains the economic efficiency of the system.
Well-maintained systems have a significantly longer service life. This protects investments and ensures the continuous availability of the gas treatment plant.
