Low-gas flare systems "CHC"
LAMBDA's lean gas flares ensure reliable, cost-effective and autothermal treatment of landfill gases with methane contents above 12% by volume. These lean gas flares with premix burners comply with the state of the art in accordance with VDI 3899 Sheet 1 and therefore fully meet the requirements for the thermal treatment of landfill gases.
LAMBDA "CHC" lean gas flare systems are characterized by the following properties:
- Reliability: Over 100 landfill operators now rely on low-level gas flares from LAMBDA.
- State of the art: Complies with VDI 3899 Sheet 1.
- Low emissions: The usual requirements of TA-Luft 2021 are easily met.
- Compact design: Small footprint, short installation and commissioning time.
- Safe and cost-effective treatment of (landfill) gases with methane contents between 12 - 100 % by volume
The lean gas flaring systems offer high availability and safe use. They are available in various performance classes and offer numerous advantages:
- Non-visible flame
- Very low noise emissions
- Up to 99.99 % emission reduction rate
- Compact design and high specific output
- Minimal installation effort and short commissioning time
- Low maintenance and servicing costs
- Modern control technology with optional remote monitoring

The "CHC" lean gas flares are available in four standardized output classes up to a firing capacity of 1 MW. We plan systems with higher firing capacities in accordance with licensing and site-specific requirements and can draw on the experience of hundreds of projects already completed. Efficient use of the waste heat generated is possible with the optional "Therm" module and the presence of a heat sink.
